How can I get a price for a compound?

The actual prices are listed in the online database which can be searched by name, part of the name, formula or CAS# Please inquire a price by e-mail (sales@cyclichem.com), if the compound is listed without a price.
 

How long does it take to get a quote?

We always try to quote as soon as possible after receiving your inquiry. You can shorten the time, if you add our catalog to your inquiry.
 

How much is the shipping charge?

All international freight will be send by courier.

In the general case we will offer the CIF or FOB price. We prepay and add freight & insurance charges to the bill. Courier will be DHL or FedEx. The actual prices will vary with the character and quantity of the products.
 

How can I order?

We accept only written orders (fax, e-mail or mail). Your order must contain the following data:

• shipping and billing address (incl. phone#, fax# and e-mail)

• the name of the responsible person for order

• your PO#

• your Value added tax# (for European Union countries)

 

How long does it take to get the compound?

You will receive stock items latest one week working days after your order. For non stock items you will receive information about the expected delivery time immediately.

 

How can I pay?

Payment can be done by L/C, D/A, D/P, T.T and Western Union. The address for sending a check as well as the bank information is given on the invoice. The invoice will be send by all international orders by fax and by mail.


What about the purity of the compounds?

Our compounds have normally a purity of at least 98%. If a special compound has a lower purity, the information will be given in the substance detail (technical grade).


Intellectual property and confidentiality

Cyclichem commits to keeping total confidentiality with the buyer.

The techniques, technologies, methods, production processes and operating procedures that may have been developed for a custom synthesis remain the vendor's sole ownership.

The sold products may be covered by application or process patents. The buyer must assume sole responsibility for determining the existence of such patents.
